  • Alcoholics Anonymous World Services

  • Alcoholics Anonymous is a Fellowship of men and women who have found a solution to their drinking problem. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees; A.A. is supported by voluntary contributions of its members, neither seeking nor accepting outside funding. Our members observe personal anonymity at the public level.

  • Alcoholics Anonymous World Services

  • This is the only link that you should have for Alcoholics Anonymous. They are the only one designed to adhere to all of the 12 Traditions of our fellowship. "AA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety." You need to call them at 212-870-3400 and ask for permission to include their link or use any of their printed words. One hint is that they will absolutely not provide a reciprocal link. It endorses affiliation and they will not have it. They may even tell you not to link to us, but you really need to talk to them first. All the other so-called AA links are violating our traditions without checking with AA World Services and should probably not be linked either.
