Body Image: The quest for perfection
This is a website for an educational video designed to promote dialogue about the feelings and sources connected to the issues surrounding body image. In the video, seven women go on a three-day retreat to share their feelings about their bodies, discuss the sources of these feelings and explore the images of women's bodies in mass media. The video was an honoree at the Western Psychological Association Conference and the National Media Education Conference. It was also a first place winner in the National Council on Family Relations Media Awards.

David is a Driving Standards Agency Approved Driving Instructor working in the Sussex area providing a broad range of driver training services. He has been involved in safety and security all his life. Previously a Police Officer, he has a wealth of experience of driving in a variety of situations which he can bring to his driver and safety training. David has concentrated on being a more highly qualified driving instructor than most and holds the Diploma in Driving Instruction, is a Senior Observer with the Institute of Advanced Motorists and a DIAmond Advanced Instructor holding RoSPA ‘Gold’ and The RoSPA National Diploma in Advanced Driving Instruction, probably the highest civilian driving award available. He also holds the Cardington Grade ‘A’ Certificate which is a driving test only available to driving instructors and is one of the toughest in the country. As well as teaching new drivers, David undertakes Driver Improvement Courses for East and West Sussex County Council in conjunction with the police, provides corporate driver training services and assesses the progress of those being coached to reach the standard required for advanced driving tests.
