Project Perform
Project PERFORM is an information, referral, and support resource for Michigan families of infants, toddlers, children and young adults to age 26 with special needs or disabilities and professionals who work with them. In addition to the Web Site, Project PERFORM provides information folders (contents of which are marked on the website by a folder icon), a lending library, and one-on-one support to parents of children with special needs and professionals.
