The Irish Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus (IASBAH)
The Irish Association for Spina Bifida & Hydrocephalus (IASBAH), founded in 1968, is a national organisation with local branches throughout Ireland. Each branch is run by a voluntary committee. The Association was established for the care, welfare, interest, treatment, education, advancement and rehabilitation of persons with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus.

The Key
The Key is a special, proactive information service for any family in Gloucestershire with a disabled child. It is run by GUIDE Information Service and aims to provide information that is customised to each family, depending on the child's abilities and interests, disabilities, age and where in the county the family lives. Any family with a child with a significant disability or chronic illness can join The Key, or leave it, at any time they wish. It is a completely FREE and CONFIDENTIAL service for children aged 0-19 years of age. Those who join The Key mailing list will receive up to date information about benefits, leisure activities, and local and national services available to them. The service runs from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and Wednesdays 9am - 12.30pm. Anyone can call The Key for information during its hours of opening. The service is wholly funded by Gloucestershire Social Services.
